Wanderlust Week 6 - Love Letter

Hello my lovelies!
I just wanted to share my spread for week 6.
This lesson was taught by Amanda Grace - Pilgrim Soul.
She is totally awesome, so check her out!
I love her style, poetic & melodic Irish lilt, it's so soothing.
I loved this lesson so much & in so many ways.
I wrote a love letter to my husband & used a photo of our wedding day.
I was so present during this spread. The words flowed freely &
it turned out beautifully. Even if I do say so myself!

Wanderlust 2017 Week 5 - There is No Final!

Hello my lovelies!
I just wanted to share week 5 of Wanderlust with you!
We had to start various pages in different ways, using
items we wouldn't usually use in the first layer.
I must admit it was a bit daunting at first but I had fun &
went with it!

 Paper Tape

Focal Stamps

Used Baby Wipes (sewn on)

Distress Inks (L) Lindys & DecoArt Spray Inks (R)

Modelling Paste (through stencils) (L) Focal Collage (R)

PaperArtsy Infusions & Lindy's Spray Inks

The one above did get finished into a spread HERE.

I'm sure in time, they all will get 'finished' but it was
refreshing to stop each one after the first layer!
Certainly breaks the blank page.
I found completing the spread mentioned above,
easier with the first layer already done.

#MiniMoleyDaily 11th Feb - 28th Feb 2017

Hiya my lovelies!
Mini Moley Catch up time!
Here's the rest of February's
Mini Moley Dailies.
As you can see I did quite a few 2 day spreads.

As you can see I got quite 'Quotey'! I love
using scriptures but I also love quotes,
I use brainyquote.com to find them.
I thought it would be nice to use them in a daily page journal like this!
😊
For day to day postings find me on Instagram!
Do you like quotes? Which ones are your favourites?

PaperArtsy Challenge #2 - Masks Project 3

Hiya my lovelies!
This is project 3 which follows on from project 2.
Using the masks I made with my glue gun (see prev post)
I made these with them too!
I told you I had fun.
😉

I used Fresco Paints, Lindy's Starburst Sprays
& Zig Clean Colour Brush Pens for this one:

I also used a Unipin pen for the detailing.
Same for this one but different colours:

This one I used Lindy's Starburst Sprays for the background
& PA Min107 Stamp with Archival Ink in Watering Can. (My Fave!)

I made some bookmarks as you can never have too many!
I used masks with lindy sprays for the backgrounds & some ArtC stamps.

I also decided to use my favourite mask in my Mini Moley
for todays page. I used Pebeo Paint, DecoArt Media Fluid
& a Unipin Pen for detailing.

Love it!
I can see me making more of these & using them everywhere,
so watch out!

I had so much fun so have a go!
Let me know if you have in the comments below.

PaperArtsy Challenge #2 - Masks Project 2

Hiya my lovelies!
Here's my second project for the challenge over at

I decided to make some masks/stencils with my glue gun.
I had a whale of a time!
Here they all are:
I sprinkled some Infusions in A Bit Jaded, The Sage &
Emerald Isle onto my Dylusions journal & added water
for a background.

I added my masks & gessoed on top.

I then used Blood Orange, Autumn Fire, Pumpkin Soup
& Hey Pesto on top. I love the translucency of these colours.
In fact I use them so much I need to get some more!

Here's the finished journal spread.

I really had a lot of fun doing this.
It's so easy & I now have my own custom masks/stencils!
Give it a go!

Perhaps you already have, let me know in the comments below!
