Hiya my lovelies!

Just a quick post to share my latest Café Card.

What's a Café Card?

Well over at Maremi's Creative Café,

which is hosted by the lovely Marta,

we make a card each week following a prompt.

This week is Folk.

Here is my card.

I used:

Black Gesso

POSCA Pens

Simple & effective just like Folk Art!

Hand Painted Bags

Hiya my lovelies!

I just wanted to share my latest commission.

My friend asked me to paint a lunch bag for her

Mum & a maxi shopper bag for her MIL.

She sent me photos of her Mum & specs for each one.

Here they are!

Her Mum is known for wearing glasses on her head &

I made her jewellery with beads & sewed them on.

Her MIL loves gardening so bright flowers were in order.

I really enjoyed painting these, especially the floral one.

I may be painting more floral bags in the near future!

Hiya my lovelies!

Just a quick post to share this weeks MiniMoleyDaily.

If you don't no what I'm talking about, its basically a

daily page in a small 3.5"x 5.5" journal.

You can do whatever you like. Follow a prompt,

write a daily scripture or quote or just play!

If you find it difficult to do a daily page you could just do a spread

every couple of days, which I have done this week!

Totally flexible & totally up to you!

I like to mix it up a bit in mine!

It doesn't matter when you start really does it?

If you want to join in, then please do! 

There is a FB page that Effy Wild hosts where

 you can share specifically for this but

you can share it where you like.

#Journal 52 - Anticipate

Hiya My lovelies!

Another page to share in my Journal 52 journal.

This weeks prompt was Anticipate.

Here's my page.

I used a mixture of Fresco paints & Pebeo paints to

paint this scene.

Now, I don't often share loads about myself, but this prompt

really struck a chord with me.

I study the Bible with Jehovah's Witnesses & have

done so for many years. We believe that God will

take back sovereignty over the earth & Jesus will be King.

The earth will be brought back to a paradise, as it was meant to be!

This is my little version of what I anticipate!

PaperArtsy Challenge #2 Masks

Hiya my lovelies!

Today I'm sharing my make for PaperArtsy's

2nd challenge this year- Masks.

I decided to do a very easy & simple page in my

Mini Moley Journal.

This simple & easy technique is one of my faves! 

I applied Rose, Very Berry

London Bus & Blood Orange Frescos

onto my page after a coat of Clear Gesso.

have to gesso the pages as thin!

            I then placed a heart shaped post it note on top.

Easy right?

I then sprayed over the top with a homemade purple spray.

Simple!

Heart shape! Yey!

I liked that it wasn't perfect, but if you don't, I suggest you use

a temporary fixative to hold the mask down.

Finished off with a Black Staedtler Lumocolor & a Black Biro.

 Told you it was simple & easy!
