My 1st WOYWW! #397


Hiya my lovelies!
Its my first WOYWW post.
Be gentle!
Now, I've looked at lots of WOYWW posts on Stamping Ground 
over the years and never had the courage to post mine.
In the spirit of my Word of the Year 'Be Brave' here goes!


Got a few things in progress...

    Hi Sarah. Welcome to a world of utter madness, mess, and great fun! These WOYWWers are really lovely. I got so much encouragement and support last year when my hubby was desperately ill and died. It was so very special. And I've even met some of them in real life!
    Now those sheets look somewhat interesting - what do you hope to do with them, I wonder.
    I'm having a real gander around your site and found your other blog as well. You are certainly dealing with a lot at the moment. My hubby had a blue badge for many years, plus a loo key and an electric scooter. Our car was a motability car for 6 years, and they even fitted a hoist so I didn't have to keep lifting the scooter, but could do it by pressing a button. Made my elderly life REALLY much easier!!! and I've just noticed you are in Northampton - hubby came from Weldon near Corby! Well I never!

    Welcome to this happy band of crafters. All kinds of different crafts but all lovely people. Just one thing - do comeback and join in again, you will soon be making friends and believe me, they are treasures.

    HI Sarah, yes I do have a lot of stamps - I've been collection for a long time! It's getting harder to know all of what I have, and I tend to reach for unmounteds because they are easy to get to. I'm sure this unmounting of all my stamps will take a very long time, but I'm enjoying getting to know my stamps again! Brave is a great word for the year, I'm glad you joined us!     Hello and welcome to WOYWW. Thanks for visiting me and the kind comments. I had a bit of a nosy around and see you have FM - I was diagnosed with it. I recognise a lot of the symptoms you describe. also many nights of not sleeping etc etc. See you are in Northampton - my sister lives in Towcester! Though she is having a fab holiday in Chile at the moment visiting my nephew and his lovely Chilean wife.
    Great desk ( I have three sets of those drawers - still waiting to be painted or something :-) ) Look forward to seeing what you do with the W'sI.P. Anne x #18
