I had a lovely afternoon today working on

a lesson in Brandi Dayton's

A Thing called Love

Week 2 lesson is taught by Jolie Raimondo.

I love her style, with thick layers which are so painterly and free.

I really enjoyed this class and Jolie's teaching style.

Her & Brandi are a hoot!

Hello my lovelies!

It's a gloomy grey Saturday here today.

Perfect arty time for me!

I wanted to share my spread for the J52 prompt Gentle.

I wanted to use pastel tones for lightness that the

word gentle brings to mind.

This world is harsh...Stay Gentle

came to mind as I was painting the background,

and I have to say it is perfect.

This rings true for me in so many ways.

It has been a little while since I last posted

my MiniMoleyDaily pages.

I've had allsorts going on!

These pages finish off Vol 1.

I covered the inside and the outside cover with Studio Wipes.

(Baby wipes covered in paint etc from wiping my hands etc)

I added an elastic closure too.

I will start using Vol 2 tomorrow!
